Grapevine Annual Appeal 2020

Grapevine Group is a locally-founded community group which raises funds and awareness for suicide prevention in the Mackay region.

Sadly, at present, Mackay has a high suicide rate. With your support, we believe our community can change that.

Grapevine Group began in 2004, and is a registered charity. Our group is operated by volunteers and relies entirely on community support for our fundraising. Funds raised are put back into local suicide prevention programs and initiatives.

Whether it’s a small donation or a big one, your contribution will make an essential difference and go a long way to making Mackay safer from suicide.

All donations will support Grapevine's suicide prevention training and initiatives.

Our big dream is a $40,000 goal for this year's annual appeal. It would achieve:
• 500 safeTALK suicide prevention training places
• a new phone app
• 4 more safeTALK trainers for the region.
