Donations booking in during Covid-19 *Tickets Essential* Jan 2021 onwards

Due to social distancing restrictions, we are currently hosting ticketed donation times with limited donors.

NOTE: Drop off is at our new address located at 283 Kingsway Caringbah, access is via the rear of the building. You’re looking for the blue “P” parking sign next to 22 – 24 Banksia Rd, Caringbah. Follow the driveway and you’ll see 4 black garage doors in a row on the other side of the car park. Parking in the car park is 4 hours, and there is a drop off / pick up area directly outside the garage doors.

You must have a ticket to attend and only 1 person will be able to be greeted at a time.

We often get asked how best to sort:
Clothes - By size & gender (don't need to split season)
Shoes bagged separately
Linen separately, can be all bagged together.
Toys - Bagged by 0-18mth, 18mth - 3yo, 3-5 yo & 6+ is really helpful!
Consumables and miscellaneous separately to above.
We have a small team helping families, so need your help to assist families as quickly as possible.

Note - we are NOT able to accept:

• Large toys
• Electrical items
• Potties
• Mattresses without a cot
• Strollers not suitable for newborns
