The Bardic Studio is a registered Australian charity, with a mission to build empathy in Australian communities through film production and screening. We contribute to an Australian cinema that reflects the diversity of our community. Our special projects are designed to create access to the full range of cinema experiences for Australians from specific groups or communities.
The Bardic Studio produces The Wide Angle Film Festival (formerly Access All Areas) and The Sydney International Festival of Films by Children.
The Wide Angle Film Festival screens films that reflect the lived experience of people with disability while the Sydney International Festival of Films by Children screens films made by children, all over the world, who are under 13 years.
