This year's Tidy's Tour is going to be a little easier for me. For one, its one day and secondly, I will have a bunch of mates to ride with.
Nevertheless, I would appreciate any support possible in raising funds for The Aftershock.
I will be riding for my mum, Teresa and Jules' dad, Ken Lake.
Tidy’s Tour is back again but a less gruelling version!
Instead of riding from Perth to Melbourne, we are going to be tackling the last day of Tidy’s Tour – Ballarat to Melbourne.
As a group we will leave the Ballarat train station and make our way back to Melbourne, where we will be finishing at The Pedla’s Local Loops Cycling Club.
The official route will be released in the coming weeks.
The Aftershock, establish in October 2017, is a NFP organisation raising funds and awareness for high mortality rate cancers, which aims to advance the scientific and medical research related to the diagnosis, treatment, cure and prevention of high mortality rate cancers.
Entry will get you a limited-edition jersey designed by The Pedla, as well as drinks and food throughout the ride and at the finish.
All funds raised will be going straight to where they are needed: high mortality rate cancer research.
