What I am asking for and why

On March 1st our club is helping to raise funds in support of the local hospital, the Werribee Mercy Hospital. Our club and others in Wyndham are participating in the 'Local Cricket Heroes' fundraiser and turning our runs, wickets and catches into cash for the hospital.

Money raised will help purchase life saving equipment such as new Neo Puffs, used to resuscitate new borns after complications at birth.

Please support me and my club as we help make a difference locally!

Thank you.

What the charity is asking for and why

On Friday 1st March junior cricket clubs across Wyndham will turn classic catches, runs and wickets into cash to support our local hospital, the Werribee Mercy Hospital.

Our club is joining the action to raise much needed funds to help make our hospital great for local families.

How to Help

Check with Mum or Dad and ask their permission & help to set up a fundraiser page to raise money on behalf of your club.

Click 'Fundraise as individual' to the right, then set up your family fundraiser profile for your club. Eg 'Simpson Family'.

Share your link with family and friends and ask them to support you to raise money for our local hospital in the lead up to the game on March 1st.

Get your teams mates to be fundraisers too! The more fundraisers you have the more your club can raise.

By raising money through 'Local Cricket Heroes' you are helping to make sure our local hospital has the very best equipment available to help local families in times of need.

Thanks to Kookaburra Sport, the club that raises the most donations will win a brand new Cricket Bat valued at $500.

The three highest Local Cricket Hero fundraisers (across all clubs) will receive a Rebel Sports voucher to the value of $30 as a 'thank you' for their amazing effort.
