My name is Simon I grew up in a very volatile home environment and left home at the age of 15. If it wasn't for some key people that came into my life It could have had a very different outcome. The Sir David Martin Foundation empower kids like myself who are in crisis to give them the tools to navigate a new life. Since it is winter time and I need motivation and a cause higher than myself to keep well, I thought why not raise money for this wonderful charity, get fit and make the world a happier healthier place. It's a Win Win for everyone involved. So when it is cold and dark and I feel sorry for myself I can get out of bed and remember that I don't have it anywhere near as hard as they do so Get up out of bed, get started and join me.
