I'm also going to ask supporters to nominate something fitness related they'd like to challenge me on - such as 65 of one type of exercise like squats, sit up's, 6.5km of something like a bike ride or 6.5 minutes of something non-stop like fast boxing.
All the funds raised in the 65 Roses Challenge go to the charity I have spent the last 10 years working with - Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania. We're going to lose 85% of our funding this year through COVID-19 shut down's as our events have been cancelled. After having significantly grown the Association in the last few years this is devastating. Yet we remain committed to helping our members of the Tasmanian CF community. So please, support my challenge and help us stay afloat - our members need our services, especially vital medical equipment.
