Dealing with a few mental and physical issues myself in recent times, I've had to re-learn the importance having not only a balanced diet, but also ensuring my body and mind is also balanced. And while I'm still on this learning curve I've had to talk to my friends and family about some tuff subjects, knocking over walls I've spend years building.
This month I'm going a little step further in giving up all Chocolate, Alcohol, Coffee, Caffeine related energy drinks and probably my only source of sugar Soft Drinks, for a whole month.
I'm also committing to performing 3 acts of fitness a week, even if that means just going for a walk around the block, in this lovely Canberra Weather after work!
In promoting mental and physical wellness of men around Australia, I'm also making myself quite vulnerable in a bid to better myself personally and would be greatly appreciated for any donations to the Gotcha4Life Foundation, whom were established with the fundamental aim of helping save the lives of males throughout Australia.
