Screening on Friday nights from 12 October to 23 November, the festival showcases art-house cinema and presents a socio-educational approach from seven film makers from around the world, which you'll enjoy in an intimate atmosphere in the sanctuary at MCC Sydney.
Each screening is accompanied by a film preview and a chat about the movie, and some homemade Catalan croquettes (courtesy of the Rainbow Tapestry Project's Event Coordinator, Claudia).
On a Friday night, Russell heads out to a gay club, alone and on the pull. Just before closing time he picks up Glen but what's expected to be just a one-night stand becomes something else, something special. That weekend, in bars and in bedrooms, getting drunk and taking drugs, telling stories and having sex, the two men get to know each other. It is a brief encounter that will resonate throughout their lives.
