Screening on Friday nights from 12 October to 23 November, the festival showcases art-house cinema and presents a socio-educational approach from seven film makers from around the world, which you'll enjoy in an intimate atmosphere in the sanctuary at MCC Sydney.
Each screening is accompanied by a film preview and a chat about the movie, and some homemade Catalan croquettes (courtesy of the Rainbow Tapestry Project's Event Coordinator, Claudia).
A family moves into a new neighborhood, and a 10-year-old named Laure deliberately presents as a boy named Mikhael to the neighborhood children. It is heavily implied that Mikhael is a closeted transgender boy. This film follows his experiences with his newfound friends, his potential love interest, Lisa, his younger sister and his parents.
Thank you to everyone who attended. We look forward to seeing you next Friday night for our next movie. Kind Regards Pj and Claudia
