Sadly Mark passed away unexpectedly this week at the age of 59.
A remarkable role model for young Tasmanians living with CF, Mark beat the odds in an incredible way. In doing so he lived his life to the fullest and brought a smile to so many people.
Always busy helping others, building things or raising awareness about CF, Mark always made his presence known with a smile, a laugh and a "can do" attitude.
Thank you.
Thank you so much to everyone who made donations in memory of the late Mark Britton. Mark was a much loved member of the Tasmanian community. Donations totalling $4,340 were made in his name and we are sure he would be humbled by this incredible response. He'd probably also wonder what all the fuss was about. But Mark's smile and kind nature left a positive impression on so many. This was also reflected in the many heartfelt messages left for the family. We will ensure these are passed on to them. Breathe easy now in heaven Mark. Please be assured that CFT will not send you any unsolicited emails, however, if you would like to stay in touch with the work that we do to support Tasmanians with CF and their families, you may consider signing up to our regular email newsletter using this link [link](http://eepurl.com/bjrvov). Thank you again. Paula Wriedt, Executive Officer, Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania.
