We provide a safe haven for women who - due to physical, emotional or sexual abuse, family breakdown, financial strife, domestic violence, mental health issues, lack of affordable housing - are homeless.
Our goal is to help these women reclaim their lives and once again live in the community.
The Manly Women's Shelter (MWS) is a non-profit organisation supporting homeless women on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Since we first opened our doors in 2010, more than 300 women have benefited from our services.
Our Community Fund Partner, Myer Warringah have invited us to volunteer for the Myer Christmas Charity Gift Wrap. As a fundraising opportunity for MWS, your contribution to volunteering for us on the project not only benefits our community, but also is an important part of doing business at Myer, offering friendly and efficient service to all our their local customers (and many of our friends and family!)
