As we prepare to move to a new office location and go paperless, we need assistance to scan and archive our files. This will save our small team a significant amount of time and money, and contribute to establishing a new digital infrastructure that will support our vital international development work into the future.
The volunteer will sort, scan, and file documents, ensuring that we retain all our paper-based records in digital form when we move to our new office.
You will be a valued member of our close-knit team and have the opportunity to gain insight into Action on Poverty's work and the international development sector.
We're looking for a volunteer to start as soon as possible, with the work to be completed before our move in mid-December.
Volunteer hours are flexible - the volunteer can work the hours/days that suit them as long as they fall between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
