World Manager, together with the Human Kind Project aim to ‘give back’ to our global community by supporting social change. We believe education and sustainability are core values that will provide the most impact.
Through the Australian charity, Human Kind Project, founded by Jacinta McDonnell, our goals will be delivered to the global charity Barefoot College, and help to meet the world’s sustainable development goals.
Barefoot College designs employment and sustainability programs. They are advocates for gender equality, who aim to educate and empower women, one village at a time, one woman at a time, and one girl at a time. They run student led night schools for children in rural India and the world’s least developed countries.
Barefoot College has been making a real difference to people’s lives for 40 years. It now operates it’s sustainable, practical, ground up, programs in 1300 villages across 78 countries.
To date, we have contributed $8400 to the cause and we encourage our community to donate and help us provide ongoing education opportunities for girls in rural India.
All donations over $2 are tax deductible. Our goal for the year is to change the lives of over 100 disadvantaged girls.
