Throughout 2019, I will be taking part in numerous running events and physical challenges. After 2 years of sharing my story with depression, I have finally found a place where I can comfortably live my life without medication. But now it is time to share my experiences and do what I love doing, testing my body, sharing the love and raising awareness and funds for a great aussie charity.
