During a three-hour session in a commercial kitchen with trained chefs, you will have created hundreds of restaurant quality, delicious meals using surplus food and of course, the most important ingredient of all, love, which is then delivered directly to our agencies and charities. Lots of happy faces, nourished bodies and souls that have been touched make this a truly enriching experience for all involved.
Last Monday night, the IMC Masterchef team took to the OzHarvest Kitchens in HQ, Alexandria to create over 120 portions of food to be delivered to those less fortune in the Sydney community the following day. What can I say... other than what a fantastic night! From the slicing and dicing, the dough rolling and everything in between; I think we all had a good laugh and learnt some new skills along the way. Thank you to everyone for such a great evening.
